Our fear has come true as after only two days at day care, Nic has developed a bad cough and cold and fever. Her frail health meant her body could not withstand the exposure to so many kids and with that, germs.
Nicole had trouble breathing and it looks like another asthma attack . We admitted her into Subang Jaya Medical Centre today. Checks showed she has a lot of phlegm in her lungs and thus began a harrowing time for her as the nurses had to extract the yucky stuff by suction through her throat and nose. She cried each time.
Mommy has to stay with her tonight.
