I just ordered a Dell Inspiron 1420 online on Friday and received it on Monday. I am absolutely pleased with the speedy delivery. I was at an IT store in 1 Utama a couple of days before I decided on Dell. The major reasons were price and support. From the base price of RM2,599 I tweaked the specs a little and ended with a RM3555 purchase.
A day after my order I got a call from the delivery people who said the product would be delivered between 9am and 2pm on Monday. And sure enough I got a call from the courier at about 11.30am. Next to try it out.
For that I zipped over to find a spot with wi-fi access. I found just the spot at KFC. Works like a charm. Another satisfied customer.
